Privacy and Copyright Statements
State of Texas law and web publishing guidelines established by the Department of Information Resources require websites to include a link to the university's web privacy policy.
As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the university has a copyright policy addressing complaints. Websites are not required to link to this copyright statement but all publishers should be aware of it.
